我们不收集：通讯录、短信、通话记录、相册（除非你主动选择图片）、精确位置、其他应用的使用情况。
我们不会：向你投放基于内容的广告；把你的内容出售、出租或交换给第三方；用你的内容训练面向公众开放的 AI 模型。
ClosenAI 的回应与洞察由大语言模型生成。为了生成回应，你本次输入的相关内容会被发送至我们委托的模型服务商处理。
AI responses and insights are generated by large language models. The relevant parts of what you enter are sent to our contracted model providers solely to generate a response. Our agreements with them prohibit using your content for model training. AI output may be inaccurate and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童。若你未满所在辖区的成年年龄，请在监护人同意下使用。若我们发现在未获同意的情况下收集了儿童信息，会尽快删除。
传输过程使用 TLS 加密，存储数据加密保存。访问生产数据需要授权并留有审计记录。但没有任何系统能保证绝对安全，请妥善保管你的账号凭据。
ClosenAI 不是医疗服务，不提供诊断、治疗或危机干预。它不能替代精神科医生、心理治疗师或心理咨询师。如果你处于危机中或有伤害自己的想法，请立即联系当地急救电话或危机热线。

We do not collect: contacts, SMS, call logs, your photo library (unless you pick an image), precise location, or other apps' usage.
We do not run content-based ads, sell or rent your content, or use it to train publicly available AI models.
Responses and insights are generated by large language models. The relevant parts of what you enter are sent to our contracted model providers solely to generate a response. Our agreements prohibit them from using your content to train their models. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
We use providers for cloud hosting and database, large language models, push delivery, product analytics, and app store / subscription management. They process data only on our instructions. A current list is available on request.
Our servers are located in [region]. If you are elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in that region under contractual and technical safeguards.
Regardless of your jurisdiction, these are available directly in the app: access and export (Settings → Data → Export), correction, deletion of individual entries, account deletion (Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account), and withdrawal of consent. For objections or complaints, email us; we respond within 30 days.
The service is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use it with guardian consent. If we learn we collected a child's information without consent, we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Production access requires authorization and is audited. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials.
